Halfway There: How Are Your 2025 Goals Going?

Can you believe we’re halfway through 2025?

It feels like just yesterday we were writing down resolutions, setting intentions, and promising ourselves “this year will be different.” And now here we are — July. The midpoint.

This isn’t a moment for shame or stress. This is a checkpoint. A breath. A moment to reflect, reset, and reignite. Utilize the worksheet link provided at the end of this BLOG.

Remember That Goal?

Think back to January.

Did you set a goal for yourself?
Maybe it was about your health, career, relationships, or creative passions.
Maybe it was quiet and personal — or maybe you shouted it to the world.

Now ask yourself:

  • Have I made progress?

  • Have my priorities shifted?

  • What have I learned since then?

This isn’t about being “on track.” It’s about being in alignment.

Realign with Your Why

If you’ve strayed from your goal, good news: you’re human.
Sometimes we lose momentum not because we’re lazy, but because something deeper needs attention.

Try this:

  • Revisit your why. Why did this goal matter to you?

  • Reassess your reality. Is this goal still aligned with who you are today?

  • Redefine success. Progress doesn’t always look like a straight line.

The Mid-Year Reset

Now’s your chance to reset. Recommit. Or even rewrite the goal entirely.

Ask yourself:

  • What would feel meaningful to achieve by the end of 2025?

  • What support or tools do I need to move forward?

  • How can I build joy and purpose into the process?

Even one tiny action this week — writing, calling someone, signing up for a class, taking a walk — can reignite your path.

You Don’t Need Perfection. You Need Presence.

Being halfway through the year doesn’t mean you’re behind. It means you have wisdom from six months of living.

Use it.

Wherever you are in your journey, I hope you remember this:
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to stay connected to your why — and to yourself.
